It has long been known that the iPhone has a rather one-size-fits-all design. But you want more personality. The help comes in the form of colorful bumpers and a variety of wallpapers for the phone. Here you can be original, you can choose what suits your taste. We even once did a few sets of wallpapers for the phone - for Liverpool FC and Adidas, but they did not come up, so suspend them for now. Here is a different story. Really cool inspiring Motivetica wallpaper app, but first things first.
Download Motivetica for free from the AppStore.
Motivetica - create your own motivational wallpaper
In general, the app was originally conceived as a collection of cool quotes about design from various designers and architects. Hence the beautiful, laconic, designer look of the app - I like it a lot.
So, originally, there's a set of quotes about design.
But the coolest thing about the app is that any quote can be corralled into this beautiful design and installed on the phone. I.e. mode 1 - look quotes, you can save the one you like as wallpaper and then install, and the second mode, when you can write any phrase and save it as wallpaper. What is coolest - you can save in 2 inverse colors - black and white.
This is what it looks like:
You can download it, by the way.
Dark:
White (it's wallpaper on a white background, that's why you can't see it 🙂 ):
What am I missing from the app?
It is not enough that my quotes in the app are saved. Right now, after creating a screensaver on my phone and saving the wallpaper in the iPhone Photo Stream, the motivational quote disappears. I want it to be saved so that I can go into the section and just create it later instead of typing it in again. Other than that, it's cool as can be.
Oh yeah, and you could come up with more colors for the wallpaper background. Because black and white are not enough.
Share your quotes and wallpapers in the comments.
I also collect motivational wallpapers on Pinterest, so you can follow the link and choose your own. For example these:
